I am posting this as a courtesy to the Atlanta News Outlets who have been raiding this site (with no credit) for the most up to date info.

The 16 year old girl only performed a sexual act on the 29 year old Amanda Jones, the 16 year old never got naked. But contrary to your reports today she was never carded, nobody was.
My sources tell me that Jasen Ford KNEW she was under 18 but thought she would be OK because the age of consent was 17 or so he thought. These are people close to Jasen ( I know Jasen quite well myself). They searched Jasens apartment tonight, no word yet on what they found.
Bottom line how stupid did these guys have to be to pour without a license and to allow anyone under 21 on the premises. Not to mention widely advertising all the alcohol you could drink and all the sex you wanted for 25 bucks. These guys are idiots and deserve what’s coming to them…IMHO.
The patrons charged with witnessing a lewd act and disorderly conduct should all have charges dismissed and should probably sue those three organizers.
On the pontification side…these charges could see the “witnessing a lewd act” law struck down….provided they go through with prosecution of these folks…and if that’s the case score a big one for Alan Begner.

The government should use its police power to punish people for what they do to other people, not for what they do to themselves. Once the government assumes the power to deprive us of life, liberty or property solely because of things we do to ourselves any sense that we own ourselves, that we are sovereign individuals, and that we are safe from an oppressive government, is gone.
The drug war makes my wife, my daughter, my friends and all other law-abiding American citizens less safe in their homes, at work and on the streets.
The war on drugs is not only un-winnable; it is also a hideous waste of taxpayer resources … resources that need to be dedicated to combating terrorism and 16-year-old drivers.
The war on drugs is the principal vehicle (or it was, before the terrorism threat came along) used by government to violate your most basic rights to privacy and property. Over the past thirty years the federal government has passed laws that allows it to pry into almost every corner of your social and financial life — all in the name of fighting drugs. My privacy is more important than stalking down a marijuana cigarette in somebody’s living room.
The war on drugs is a power center for politicians. Politicians love having thousands of heavily armed law enforcement officers and millions of dollars under their direct control; assets that can be manipulated for the maximum political and reelection advantage.
I don’t think any of us want a bunch of crack heads and teens stoked on marijuana wandering around our neighborhoods. Ending the war on drugs doesn’t mean promoting or approving of drug use. Also, nobody is suggesting that we shouldn’t enforce laws against driving under the influence of drugs and other such misbehaviors. Simply apply the same laws we use to control public drunkenness to combat those who inflict their drug-induced behavior on others. Drive under the influence – lose your license. Hell .. take away the car for all I care, but NOT because the person did drugs, but because the person did drugs and then drove a car on the same streets our family members were using to come home from school or work.

These guys are right, it is PAST time we woke up and took our liberty seriously. The government does not own me and they have no business dictatiing to me what I can do with my body, whether it is prostitution or drug use. Come on y’all take a look at the Libertarian Party, we believe in LIBERTY!

This story promises to get bigger and bigger, among those arrested were a Local News anchor (Female) and several people under the age of 18. Jasen Ford aka Jasen Chadwick, owner of a yahoo group called Atlanta Gangbang has been charged with Felony Sexual Exploitation of a minor, Operating a business without a license, Serving alcohol without a license, public indecency, disorderly conduct and one or two other misdameanors. More charges against Ford are expected including potential child pornography charges.

Party attendees are claiming that the police had no search warrant for the club (They didn’t). But because invitations were available freely on the internet it was in fact a public event therefore the police did not need a warrant.

Jasen Ford aka Jasen Chadwick has been performing in local high schools as a magician, it’s just a matter of time before the media picks that up and runs with it. Recently Mr. Ford was given the key to the city of East Point, GA by the East Point Mayor.

Mr Ford remains in jail as of this morning. More as this develops.

It was a sex scene that had to be seen to be believed, and for three hours undercover Atlanta cops watched.

Then they busted the Club Zinc at 582 Piedmont Avenue and put 115 people in jail Saturday night for paying $25 each to see one woman have sex with maybe 10 men.

“Anybody who was there knew why they were there — there were no innocent walk-ups,” said Sgt. Wayne Whitmire, of the organized crime unit of Atlanta police.

He said most of them found about the party on a Web site.

Among those arrested were a 16-year-old girl who performed a sex act onstage, and two men that police claim were the party’s hosts.

Richard Craven, 38, of Alpharetta, and David Havener, 39, of Atlanta, have been charged with operating a business without a license, and serving alcohol without a license. Police said it was the first night the business was open.

Amanda Jones, 29, of Cumming, who police said performed sex on stage, was charged with public indecency.

“There were so many people coming into the club we were afraid we couldn’t safely deal with all the people,” Whitmire said. “If we had waited longer, we could have arrested 300 people.”

Police said it took more than three hours to arrest and put the 45 females and 70 males in jail Saturday night and early Sunday morning. All were charged with disorderly conduct.

Atlanta attorney Alan Begner called the charges outrageous. He represents 40 of those arrested. “If you go to a nightclub and drink and you’re arrested because the nightclub wasn’t licensed properly, you deserve an apology. These people did nothing wrong.”

The sex show was billed as an “all-action party” in an advertisement on the Internet that invited people to “put on your sexiest outfit or let your imagination run wild, but be ready to dance and party the night away.”

Craven and Havener couldn’t be reached for comment Monday.

Police said the club is part of a growing side of Atlanta night life that is not found in city tourism brochures and has come under police scrutiny.

“We’re looking at escort services and any kind of sex services,” Whitmire said. “This is a part of that investigation.”

This is a breaking story, more as it develops. The Gangbang was being filmed and that could bring federal child pornography charges, I am watching this story closely, expect more in the coming days. The website referred to was a yahoo group advertising gangbangs in Atlanta.

Sometimes performer Amber Sexxxum, aka Amber Hayes was found dead in her apartment in St. Petersburg, Florida on Friday night by her mother. As of this writing the cause of death is undetermined. The Pinellas County Medical Examiners Office said that no cause of death has been released and likely will not be until results from a toxicology test are obtained. The Medical Examiners Office also indicated that there are no signs of foul play and at this point it is just a routine investigation. Amber worked primarliy in Lingerie modeling and such in the Tampa area, most recently at Facade. I am one of only a handful of people who shot Amber, She appeared in a girl/girl and a boy girl in my Georgia Peaches series. On a personal note Amber and I dated for a very brief time, and I am very sad to be presenting this news. I hope she has found whatever it is she was looking for and is at peace.

Well OK maybe NOT in my case but we had a good day fishing today we went 30 miles offshore and caught our limit of BIG Red Snapper in less time than it took to get to the fishoing spot…..20 Sampper between 17 and 29 inches long. a few Bonita and a few Amberjack. Tomorrow afternoon we are gonna have some fun trying a tangle with some BIG Sharks, Im talking 700-1200 pound class. Tomorrow morning, More Snapper and maybe grouper and dolfin.
