Typical of the degree of ineptitude that The FSC has illustrated in the past…..They tell everyone that Hep B and C tests are now required to be listed as available in APHSS But they didn’t tell their partner labs….check this out from STDStatus.com, an APHSS Certified partner, you could go there and be clear to work with no Hep tests.

With that said, instead of going all condom at this stage why not just stop for the time being. I say wait until the talent all has clear hep tests and only do that once we know the HIV is contained. Does the FSC think they can just make statements and no one will check out to see if what they said is being done?
