Word is that wannabe pornchick Jessie James, real name Sherry Roach, and her hubby Dave Roach (An appropriately named individual if ever there was one) are saying they are gonna sue Digital Playground because Jesse Jane is too close to a name Sherry claims to own a registered trademark on. Personally I doubt this is anything more than posturing on The Roach's part. More if it develops.
