6th Circuit Grants Feds an En Banc hearing on 2257

The 6th circuit court of appeals, who overturned the 2257 regulations last year has granted the federal government an en banc hearing to rexamine the issue.

The feds claim that the  partial court ruled erroneously on the matter, and that it deserves a hearing in front of the entire court.  The original 3 judge panel ruled that the law was overbroad and ynconstitutional, now the entire 6 judge panel will rehear the case.

Where it could go from here is anyones guess, the 6th circuit is VERY conservative which made the initial ruling all the more surprising.
