No word on if there have been any arrests as yet but this likely stems from the recent investigations into Nicis Girls and other agencies. Word is Derek was sending his girls to work as escorts.
It's also been indicated that he is sending them overseas as well, primarily to his home country of England.
Word is that Derek is wanting to bail before it all comes crashing down, he has offered to sell his business to Gold Star owner Joel Lawrence for an undisclosed amount.
It will be interesting also to see where this spills over...Derek is tight with another human turd by the name of Mark Handel, aka Khan Tusion.
But bailing at this point won't likely help him any, expect charges to be filed within the next few years (the feds move slow)
Considering the absolute horror stories I have heard about this guy this comes as no surprise and if even half of them are true, he is apparently getting his just desserts. More as it breaks.
