The same sixth circuit court that struck down 2257 has upheld the single most draconian anti strip club legislation in the country. Strip clubs in Covington Kentucky now have a 5 foot rule and a rule that all employees and dancers must be licensed and a background check done on them.
AND...GET THIS... dancers are not allowed to talk to a customer, nor a customer to a dancer until she has been off stage for at least an hour.
Lou Sirkin will probably be seeing the Supreme Court over this one.
