The forum they are talking about is brazzersforum and it is for Brazzers MEMBERS ONLY, so ya they may not have gotten a lot of info, email addresses and encrypted passwords but decrypting passwords is easy enough out of 350K lots of them will be weak enough to hack but it's the email addresses that offer up the potential problems. This is a members only forum so the email addresses are real and verified.
This opens the door for blackmail and other nefarious activities....Who knows maybe Rick Santorum was a member....
