I called this one last week but read to the end, theres an interesting angle in this
According to Feras Antoon, CEO of the Canadian Manwin branch, the sites will run without interference. He is in command of most of the Manwin Group’s 1000 employees. The investigation dealt only with Fabian Thylmann’s personal tax returns, that’s why he was arrested, said Antoon. Also for the public prosecutor of Cologne, except Thylmann, there is currently no other suspect.
The boss Thylmann is gone, but the movies are continuing. His money so far was managed by Commerzbank, now fearing for reputation, will close Thylmann’s account.
Thylmanns sex portals “YouPorn”, “PornHub”, “My Dirty Hobby” and others are independent of the arrest and remain online. Perhaps they are even as popular as never before. The headlines in the arrest were eventually something like additional advertising.
Ok no surprise there, they are throwing Fabian under the bus but did you catch the name of what appears to be Fabians successor and certainly a big cog in the manwin wheel…that’d be one Feras Antoon. This is the same Feras Antoon that was President with Mansef when they went down for international money laundering….hmmmmmm

Only matter time before Manwin falls. Nothing gone save them from that. The guy speaking out for Manwin no better than Fabian Thylmann. I would be suprise if he one guys that well investgate for money laundering when investgate Manwin Canda.
I see a big black cloud forming over the porn industry right now.
So Mike, what will be Fabian’s response to being “thrown under the bus”?
If Fabian is indeed the fall guy as I have long suspected then his response is irrelevant. The whole point to having a fall guy is that if he goes down he doesnt really know enough to be a problem. You set him up to take a fall you cant compromise your operation by allowing him to know enough to roll over on you.
I have long suspected that Manwin is still really Mansef and todays news goes a long way towards bearing that out.
If what you say is true, then Fabian is not the Einstein people say he is. My last question, who do you suspect are the real backers of Manwin / Mansef?
Interesting. Another Manwin/Mansef connection, I am surprised that the powers that be at Manwin had him make that announcement, the smart thing for them would be to have a spokesperson that is unconnected to Mansef. Dumb criminals I guess. I hope Manwin goes down in a pile of arrests and flames and that DP and RK are sold to people uninvolved in what is essentially organized crime (maybe Larry Flynt will buy them at the government fire sale, he seems to be in a buying mood lately).
@artwilliams Who cares what his response is? Let em rot in prison. Hopefully more will follow soon. I predicted all of this years ago.
My inferred question to Mike was does he think that Fabian has any information to use against the real owners of Manwin. Ask you can read above, he does not. If so, then Fabian may not be the genius many had taken him to be.
Okay so notice how they say “The investigation dealt only with Fabian Thylmann’s personal tax returns, that’s why he was arrested, said Antoon” yet several other news reports have previously said it had to do with both Fabian AND the company and most specifically that amateur porn site they keep talking about.
The hood ornament on the car was changed, not much else.
Interesting press release, but seemingly not connected at all with reality.
Why if you are going after someone for personal taxes would you raid offices? Why would Fabian himself be talking about corporate structures and accountants if this was about his own personal money only? Further, as he was not living in Germany, the German authorities generally would not have any interest in his personal income generated as a resident of another country. The people in Belgium would be more interested.
The flat denial seems almost worthy of an Iraqi Information Officer GIF. It just all doesn’t seem so plausible!
As for what he knows, my feeling is that Fabian may have been a public face and a bit of a patsy for the situation to start with, but ended up knowing way too much and being in control of much of it, at least indirectly. I suspect he knows more than enough about the flows of money, the piles of offshore credit card processing houses, and the like. If he gets to yapping, there is certainly enough to keep the authorities poking around for years.
“Further, as he was not living in Germany, the German authorities generally would not have any interest in his personal income generated as a resident of another country.”
If Fabian is a citizen of Germany he may have to report worldwide income. I have friends who are Canadian citizens and residents of Canada who were born in America. Unless they renounce their U.S. citizenship they are still required to file annual American IRS tax returns. Perhaps the situation is similar there.
I wonder who will be on the next Board of Directors for the FSC next? My vote is for Kelli Roberts!! and other females who can probably straighten things out for a change or better.
