I think you need to add a dose of arrogance to the list. More or less a "go ahead, try and stop me" attitude.
Being extreme, solely for the sake of being extreme, seems to be a marketing gimmick among a sizable segment of the industry. Max is not alone there. If it only drew fire in their direction that would be fine, but it draws the ire and attention of those that paint the entire adult industry with one broad brush.
