Did the Free Speech Coalition Sell Us Out or Get Duped?

OK we all know they aren’t the sharpest pencils in the box over there…..that’s evidenced by the fact that Diane Duke still has a job but it isn’t totally a surprise.  I have been around long enough to know that corruption and poor leadership trickle down from the top and the good old FSC has a LONG history of top level leaders that were either morally bankrupt or complete idiots.  Kat Sunlove being one of the most egregious examples.

I remember when The Free Speech Coalition was adamant that not only did they not represent the talent, they didn’t want to, they represented the companies, that came straight from Kat Sunlove and was echoed by yes man extraordinaire Mark Kernes.  For the record I don’t think Kernes is corrupt, he is just stupid and as we say in the south stupid can’t be fixed,  he just does as he is told.

Now that Diane Duke has lost her sugar daddy the FSC is probably going to come up with some new reason to beg for money it’s now clear that they see the talent as a source for that money so they sold the talent to Manwin, in the form of APHSS, a move the talent will likely live to regret, the one thing porn performers don’t know is the history of porn, so they are doomed to repeat it.  What amazes me is how the FSC can get any talent at all to do their bidding, but then really it shouldn’t, they use the old us against them scenario to make the talent believe that the FSC has their back, of course they don’t and they never have.

Now the Manwin angle has a lot of people wondering, there is no doubt that Manwin is incredibly shrewd, whoever is pulling the strings there is a lot smarter than Fabian, no way Fabian has the brains to engineer the moves Manwin has made to place themselves where they are, I always said he was a patsy and that’s looking more like the truth every day.

One thing that always got me was the hiring of Republican James Lee to head up the No on B campaign.  A lot of people, myself included, never saw that as a good play, we all knew was it was over Lee would be like a fart in the wind, gone quickly.  but there is a lingering stench here that has a lot of porners wondering if they got played big time.  Seems maybe Lee’s job wasn’t to win but to insure a believable loss.

Think about it, Manwin has the most to gain from Measure B passing, they always claimed Measure B wouldn’t apply to them anyway, so they pitch Lee, throw some money to Diane Duke and the FSC to buy them off, or to make it look legit, take your pick, then they further devalue the industry they are trying to buy up.

I always said that if one smart business guy ever came into porn he would own everything, It appears that has come to pass but the guy isn’t just smart he is devious.

I’m not a tin foil hat kinda guy but this just played out too well for it all to be coincidence.  The fly in the ointment came when fabian got arrested and word is the alleged investors, Fortress Investment Group, are running for cover.

The real name to watch right now is Daniel Sundin, he is wanted by the FBI for all sorts of credit card fraud and cyber crimes.  Sundin has direct ties to Fabian through a company called Virage, Sundin and Fabian were partners.  I got a rumor that says Sundin is now co-operating with the DOJ and rolling over on Fabian and Manwin, obviously I can’t confirm that but it would certainly make and interesting scenario.
