I got a call this morning from a polling company and one of the questions was:
"Did the interview with Newt's ex wife Mary Anne Gingrich change your opinion of Newt Gingrich?"
I answered no, absolutely not, I knew he was a complete scumbag before I ever heard that interview.
She laughed and thanked me for my participation.
And you being from Georgia and all. Is there a porn corrolary to Newt's proposal to fire hard-working janitors because they make too much money and replace them with students?
I thought of Space: 1999 when I read about Newt Gingrich's idea of building a moonbase on the moon. If Newt Gingrich becomes president and his moonbase plan becomes a reality, what if the moon were to blast out of orbit while he is visiting. The world would be finally rid of him! On the moonbase, Mitt Romney would be the Moonbase's Maya (instead of changing of shape, he would change his positions). With all his talk of cutting spending and Newt is advocating building a moonbase!
