And sadly, he is right, nobody does care. If this had been President Obama's family that had these threats made Donny Long would be in Gitmo by now. Even if it had been Paris Hilton the feds would have had this all cleaned up. Posting the names, addresses and family members, phone, employers, photos of peoples children to that site is way beyond criminal and they know it. But hey lets drag our feet, take a long time here after all they are only porn whores.
Then he pointed out that nobody in porn cares either. You have guys like Steve Hirsch pulling out his dick and masturbating at every mention he gets on gawker but will he spend a comparative pittance to put a stop to PWL, of course not, it's just porn whores.

Nobody cares? Tell that to the performers who are being outed. They either don't know how to help or they want to help and remain anonymous. So why don't YOU come up with a way for people to help anonymously? I recognize that they are building a case with many counts, but who can we call to complain. Wow there are some hard feelings here (as there should be). I think you are in the right here, Mike -- but I personally disagree with AOBM on bringing the kids into this -- assuming they are under 18 or 21. I doubt kids younger than the age of majority would even be involved in Doinkey's travesty. Obviously if you do find some kid that is provably involved, game on against him/her as well. I also question bringing in the parents, especially if they are elderly. I know if I were stupid enough to do something like this, my parents would not support me in it and in fact my father would probably start swinging at me (and I am way past 21) if I were to post 14,000 people's information illegally and say the things that Doinkey has said online! However, if the parents are not involved with it, they don't deserve to be thrown into the mud just because their son is an asshole. Do what you need to do, but be careful bringing innocent people into this.
As for Doinkey's PWL site, I won't even look at it, I don't want my IP address anywhere near his shit (DSL here uses static IP addresses). Unfortunately for me I live in a small enough town that all someone would have to do is go into any place of business and ask for me and where I can be found and that person could be on my doorstep in five minutes. Therefore I have to be super careful on what I do and say in this matter.

I know that the e-mail for Monica on your list is one that she has used in the past and may still use. I also see your name on the list -- however it could be someone else using your name (as seems to have happened with Mark Speigler as well -- there are several listed names with his name in it).
