Dude! Are you crazy? You can't give that much money to every 18+ citizen. Most of them wouldn't know what to do with it. You put that much money in the pockets of that many people--especially all those poor, underprivileged, inner city types--and you're gonna be financing anarchy! C'mon. All "those people" are gonna do is buy drugs and booze and finance criminal enterprises. Lord knows we can't let that happen! Only rich people know how to responsibly handle that kind of dough. You know, cuz rich people don't drink booze or do drugs and they ESPECIALLY don't engage in criminal enterprises and... Wait. It was criminal enterprises that got us here, huh. Hmmm... n/m
