Who Are Constantine Luchian and Vasilis Kailis?

I’m not a conspiracy theorist or any of that sort of thing but the floowing facts raise an awful lot of questions that I flat don’t have answers to.  You be the judge.  Also don’t think I put all of this together on my own, I have help but I don’t know that the person(s) helping me what their association known, so until I hear otherwise they are an anon source.

When I started looking into the streamate purchase by Manwin a whole new can of worms opened up.  What is interesting is how interconnected all of this is.  The Key is a company called Incorporatenow.com  It is owned by Vasilis Kailis aka Vasilios Kailis and Constantin Luchian, with it’s offices in Florida.  But when IncorporateNow Incorporates a company Its always in places like Cyprus, St Kitts, Seychelles….places where money can be moved through Shell Corporations and identities hidden.  I believe if someone with subpoena power were to get a list of all the companies that Incorporate now is agent for you would have a road map of the entire enterprise.

But one name shows up an awful lot

Constantine Luchian. Lets look at some of it, If you google his name you come up with Webzilla, a company that Vasilis Kailis also has ties to and appears to have at one time been an officer.  Luchian is the DMCA Agent for LOTS and LOTS of websites, almost all are piracy sites, and Oh did I mention that Webzilla is well known for hosting piracy sites?  Hundreds maybe thousands of them?  Seems Webzilla has a lot of Constantins, Constantin Luchian and Konstantin Bolotin.  Kostyantyn Bezruchenko   hmmm three Constantins at Webzilla with three different spellings….

But it doesn’t stop there, seems Luchian is a busy fellow.

From Corporationwiki.com:   Constantin Luchian is associated with several companies, including Dedicated Servers Inc, Dedicated Servers LLC and Incorporate Now Inc.. Constantin Luchian has 7 known relationships including Bolotin Konstantin, Kostyantyn Bezruchenko and Konstantin Bolotin and is located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

 

Neocren Inc filed as a Domestic for Profit Corporation on Friday, November 12, 2010 in the state of Florida and is currently active. Incorporate Now Inc. serves as the registered agent for this organization.

And it goes On and on and on.

Now you are thinking that Mr Luchian is quite the International businessman right?   Mr Luchian actually lives in Florida and is maybe 30 years old, if that.  Which begs the question….Resourceful kid or fall guy?  My sources begin to get more shadowy here but the speculation is that Vasilis Kailis is at least part of the power structure and that Luchian is there to take the fall if any shit goes down, thats why his name is everywhere.

[Side note,  who elses name is out there all over the place while the people who have the real power are hiding behind him?  Can you say Fabian Thylmann?]

But where it REALLY get dirty is with hotfile.com
a guy named Anton Titov operates this site and he is under investigation in a civil trial. Luchian and Kailis names are all over documents related to this site and court documents.

But also Hotfile is registered in Panama. It’s directors are Javier Adan Rivera Fernandez Vilma Alicia Morales, and Ines Sanchiz.
Coincidentally Morales and Fernandez are directors of Panama registered Armitech.  At this point It becomes WAY WAY above my paygrade to chase things down THIS rabbit hole.

Oh did I mention that Vasilis Kailis is one of the purchasers of AVN?  That he also owns uploading.com?

and this is only the BEGINNING.

Whats all this have to do with Manwin and Streamate?   Like I said, this is only the beginning.
