Dear members,The board of APAC has been alerted to a rumor that recently a performer attempted to falsify their test results and shoot with an out dated test. Thanks to the industries extra level of care this person was unable to succeed. We encourage all performers to verify your partners test results using the PASS data base at fscpass.com. You may also insist that the company you are working for does the same. The PASS database is updated daily directly from the testing facilities and can insure that a person’s results are up to date. If you do not have a way to access the PASS data base please alert us and we will help you procure access. We would also like to remind you that this rumor is nothing more than just a rumor and no cause for alarm or panic. We at APAC just felt it was a good reminder of why we have the regulations and structure we do.

I wouldn’t put it past them. The PASS system is totally unnecessary. TTS has a much better system. They have a QR code on their tests that can be scanned by your mobile phone and will take you to a page right away that will tell you immediately if a test is fake or not. No need to have everyone in a big database owned by the FSC. No need to be sending tests to PASS, which by the way, not many people use these days anyway.
And lets talk about APAC. What a bunch of incompetent, uneducated idiots. I mean seriously. Could they be a bigger puppet for the FSC? They have an opportunity to present an independent, educated front representing performers, and time after time they choose to look like lap dogs for the FSC. Putting out press releases about a “rumor”. Come on. They sound like a bunch of shills.
Its too bad the balls have been cut off LATATA. At least when Derek Hay was running it, it was an organization that could publicly say “Hey, wait a minute…this isn’t right” whenever the FSC did something stupid. Now LATATA is a complete non-player who we haven’t heard anything significant about since Derek and Shy left, and APAC is an uneducated lap dog for the FSC.
So both the Chairperson and the President of APAC (a organisation that’s supposed to be for performers) are directors?

Now, if it’s a rumor, how in hell do you know that the person was unable to succeed? Is it a rumor as well that s/he was unable to succeed? If so it is not certain that s/he was unable to succeed.
If this message does something is to scare, not to reassure.
On a different note: after one year since i reported repeatedly (and offered to fix at no cost) that the retrieve password feature on the apac site does not work it still does not work. Not that there is anything useful or any activity going on on that bugged wp site featuring a mountain landscape underneath the “giving performers a voice both on and off set” slogan and a man on a bicycle on the “adult industry friendly doctors” section, but this explains a lot about the approximation and (un)professionalism of these people. I’ll PASS.
