Here is the text of the judgement
What it says other than John Cornetta wins 1.7M plus legal fees is that the city had no right to deny his application for a sign, that in denying him they clearly violated his first amendment rights because the denial was because of the nature of his business.
So AVN...you guys can call Cornetta for a comment or whatever but if Kernes needs the text of the judgement he can get it here first.
That's just good natured ribbing of AVN, hey it's nice to one up em once in a while....
