I've never heard of International Schools. More than likely this "Dave Robson" has another scam going as well -- a degree mill with even less seat time than "Dr." Mitchell's school! I bet I can get a doctorate (not like I need it) in two days if I wanted to pay $$$ for it from this guy. What do you want to bet this address is just a mail drop?
