The gut reaction would be to say very carefully but then we all know that Freddy is a fictional character played by Robert Englund who, presumeably, wipes his but the same as you and I do.
The deeper question is How does she this chick wipe her butt?

I'm guessing because you can't see her thumbs, they may not be so infested with nail and therefore, she must wipe her butt with toilet paper wrapped just so around her thumbs. Thumbs are good, too, because you can really dig in there if you need to. Just sayin'...
P.S. - Looks like she's at Costco. Lots of toilet paper there. Just sayin'...
